Santa Barbara Imports works on both sides of the same transaction. For manufacturers abroad we are the commercial structure they do not have in Brazil; for buyers here we are the people who check that a supplier is what it claims to be.
Most import problems are not customs problems. They are specification problems: nobody wrote down the tolerance, the certification or the packaging, and the disagreement surfaces after the container has sailed.
So we start with a written specification and a qualified supplier, and only then talk about price. It is slower at the beginning and considerably faster afterwards.
